        The 3rd International Conference on Nanoscience, Nanotechnology and Nanobiotechnology (former French Brazilian Nanoscience, Nanotechnology and Nanobiotechnology Meeting) will be held from 14 to 18 December, 2015, in Brasília (DF), at the International Centre for Condensed Matter Physics (ICCMP) of the University of Brasília (UnB). This is the third of a series (in 2007 (Braz. J. Physics, vol 39, pp 134-255 (2009) & in 2012 (J. Magn. Magn. Mat. vol. 368 pp (2014) 401-442)).

        The purpose of the conference is to bring together some of the most active members of the international communities working on the fascinating nanoworld for a presentation and discussion of recent results in this research field. It is hoped that the conference will enhance exchange and scientific cooperation between the participants in the most innovative areas of Nanoscience, Nanotechnology and Nanobiotechnology. The format of the conference will be based on a number of invited talks of leading scientists, oral presentations and posters, together with a special session for younger researchers.

The topics of the meeting include the following areas of Nanoscience, Nanotechnology and Nanobiotechnology:

• Colloids, Nanostructured Systems and Self-Assembly,

• Complex Systems and Complex Fluids,

• Theory, Statistical Mechanics and Computer Simulations,

• Magnetic Nanostructures, Surfaces and Interfaces,

• Magnetization Processes and Magnetization Dynamics,

• Advances in Biological Applications: Nanocarriers, Nanocapsules and Lipossomes
